  • 500 g strained yogurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoon dried mint
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt

  1. Crush the garlic and mix it with the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Melt the butter in a sauce pan or pot.
  3. Add mint to the melted butter and stir.
  4. Add the mint butter mixture to the garlic yogurt and stir quickly.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the yogurt and add salt.
