  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2~3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 2~3 sprigs of parsley
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp. isot
  • 2 tsp. sumac
  • Olive Oil
  • Juice of half a lemon

  1. First, peel the tomatoes and dice them. Finely chop the onion and green peppers. Drain the water from the chopped ingredients and put them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the previously chopped greens and season with salt and spices.
