Snickers Overnight Oats


  • Half a cup of unsweetened, almond, coconut, or soy milk
  • 2/3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup, agave syrup, or carob extract
  • Half a cup of gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

For Garnishing:

  • Sliced banana or desired fruits
  • Cocoa nibs
  • 1 tbsp. crushed peanuts
Snickers Overnight Oats


  1. In a glass jar or small bowl with a lid, mix well all the filling ingredients except the oats.
  2. Then add the oats to the mixture and mix a little more.
  3. Then press down with a spoon to make sure that all the oats have absorbed the plant milk.
  4. If you think the mixture is going to dry out, add another 1 tablespoon of plant milk.
  5. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight to allow the pudding to absorb the liquid ingredients and swell.
  6. The next day, enjoy the pudding cold or heated, garnished with fruit, cocoa nibs, or nuts.
