  • If you add a pinch of salt while boiling the lentils, the lentils will easily disperse, and you will not even need to blend them.
  • If you wash the lentils well, the color of the soup will be more yellow, and foaming will be prevented.
  • You need to remove the sediment that forms on it during boiling. This can cause digestive difficulties in the stomach.
  • You can roast flour and butter to increase the consistency of the soup. Butter will increase the flavor.
  • You can serve the soup by adding oil-fried red pepper to the soup during service.
  • If you want, you can make vegetable lentil soup by adding more different vegetables.
  • To prevent clumping in the soup you have prepared, you can pass it through the mixer for the last time.
