Turkish Forest Kebab

  1. First, put the pot on the stove to heat. Sprinkle flour over the meat and rub it into the lamb. The purpose of flouring is to make it crispy.
  2. Once the pot is hot, add the sunflower seed oil and the meat. Cook until the meat is golden brown. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables you have on hand without chopping them too small.
  3. After the meat turns golden brown, take it to the plate. In the same pot, melt some butter, add the onions, and fry. Then chop the garlic and add it. After melting the tomato paste, add the vegetables.
  4. After the vegetables soften a little, add the tomatoes. Combine the meat we separated before with the vegetables.
  5. Add salt and pepper. Add 3 cups of broth and mix. Add a bay leaf to give it flavor. Leave it to cook for 45–50 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
