Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of half Francala bread (french bread)
  • 2 pieces of mackerel fillet (or sea bass fillet)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the parsley and put it in a colander. When the water is drained, separate the leaves and chop them into large pieces. Prepare the onion by chopping it into small pieces.
