  • 3 tablespoons rice flour
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch
  • 5 cups of milk
  • 1 piece mastich
  • 6 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin pieces and boil it, adding enough water to cover it a little more.
  2. Pull the boiled chicken breasts apart with the help of a fork. Then rinse it under water by taking it to a colander.
  3. Add some more water to the chicken breasts you have separated and let them sit for the smell to come out.
  4. When the chicken smell comes out, squeeze the water out of the meat and drain it.
  5. Add the cold milk and chicken to a large pot and boil for about 10 minutes.
  6. Put the rice flour and cornstarch in a separate bowl and thicken it with the boiling milk.
  7. Then add the starchy mixture to the pot and mix with a whisk.
  8. Add mastich and white sugar to the pot and continue stirring.
  9. Melt the mastich with the help of a wooden spoon and cook the mixture.
  10. When the chicken breast is like a thick paste, add a small piece of butter and melt it at its own temperature.
