  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 teaspoon pepper paste
  • 1 red pepper
