Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water 
  • Olive Oil 
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste 
  • 1 tbsp flour 
  • 100 ml of cooking cream
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 ml tomato puree

Instructions

  1. First of all, add olive oil and flour to the pot and roast until it starts to smell.
  2. Add tomato paste to the roasted flour and continue roasting.
  3. Meanwhile, grate the tomatoes you will use in the recipe.
  4. Add tomato puree and grated tomatoes to the pot and keep stirring.
  5. After adding salt and black pepper, add the water and stir constantly.
  6. After the soup starts to boil, cook for another 10–15 minutes. Add and stir with the cooking cream before removing it from the stove.
  7. Portion the prepared tomato soup into bowls.
  8. Serve the tomato soup with grated cheddar cheese on top. Enjoy your meal!
