  • 1 kg steak cut for tantuni (cut very small)
  • 85 g oil
  • 1 kg onion
  • 1 teaspoon each of allspice, cumin, red pepper flakes, and black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch of parsley

  1. Remove the nerves and fat, cut the meat into cubes, and mince with a meat cleaver. Put the meat in a pot and boil it by adding a little water.
  2. Heat the pan on the stove and grease it with a little oil. Put the meat on one corner of the pan. Roast it by pulling it to the center little by little with a wooden spatula.
  3. Drizzle a little oil over it. Sprinkle red pepper powder and salt, and mix.
  4. For the garnish, clean and chop the parsley. Peel the tomato and cut it into cubes. Clean and chop up the onion. Add the sumac to the onion and mix in a bowl.
  5. Place the meat on the lavash in strips. Place the garnish ingredients on the edge of the meat and wrap it tightly. Enjoy your meal.
