  • 5 strawberries
  • 5 seedless grapes
  • 5 plums
  • Watermelon and melon slices
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 5 wooden skewers


  1. Wash and dry the fruit. Remove any leaves, stems, or inedible parts. Place the fruits on skewers.
  2. Add sugar and water to a pot and boil over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. When the color of the syrup starts to darken, remove it from the stove.
  4. Quickly dip the skewers into the syrup.
  5. Coat all the fruits on the skewers with a thin layer of syrup.
