Spaghetti Alla Bolognese


  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 400 g bolognese sauce
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • 60 g cherry tomatoes
  • 10 g fresh basil
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 5 g garlic
  • 5 g salt
  • 3 g black pepper
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 20 g butter
Spaghetti Alla Bolognese


  1. First, add olive oil to your pan, and when it heats up a little, add finely chopped garlic.
  2. Then add your cherry tomatoes, sliced in half, and after a couple of spins, add your bolognese sauce, then your tomato sauce, and add salt and pepper.
  3. Add 2 ladles of the pasta water and boil for a minute.
  4. Then cook the boiled pasta for 1 minute to integrate with the sauce.
  5. Then mix the cold butter and parmesan cheese with the sauce and pasta until the butter melts.
  6. Finally, we add finely chopped basil and take it to our service plate.
