  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 150 grams of raisins

  1. Firstly, set the oven to 175 degrees and grease the baking mold with butter.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, raisins, cumin, and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg, sour cream, and buttermilk.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and knead until it reaches the consistency of dough.
  5. Place the dough into the baking mold as you wish.
  6. Score the dough with a knife.
  7. Bake the bread in the oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then you can slice and serve. Bon Appetit!
