Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves of finely minced garlic
  • Half onion
  • 600 g of large shrimp
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • Half a tsp red pepper flakes
  • Half a bunch of finely chopped parsley

  2. Then take 3–4 cloves of garlic and mince them very finely.
  3. Melt the olive oil and butter in a large skillet.
  4. Add the onion and garlic.
  5. Saute the onions and garlic for a few minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp, add a few drops of fresh lemon juice, and cook until they pinken.
  7. Finally, sprinkle finely chopped parsley and a little salt, freshly ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
