Expert Tips
  • When soaking the noodles, soaking them in cold water and letting them soften for a while will ensure that the noodles soften better without falling apart.
  • You can be creative when preparing the pad Thai sauce and enrich the sauce as you wish. I enriched it with ginger, garlic, a little ketchup, teriyaki sauce, and spices I had on hand.
  • If you are going to use canned soybean sprouts, it is better to add them at the end because they have already been processed. Otherwise, the soybean sprouts will melt.
  • You can make it even more delicious by sprinkling roasted sesame seeds on top.
  • Finally, you can sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top.
  • You can include various Asian vegetables to spice it up.
