  • 500 g lamb skewers
  • 4 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 90 g olive oil
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

  1. Mix yogurt, tomato paste, olive oil, salt, thyme, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the lamb meat in this mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Place the peppers, tomatoes, and lamb meat cut into 2 cm-thick pieces on the grill skewers and cook them on the grill.
  4. The lamb skewers you cooked are ready to serve. Bon Appetit.
