Expert Tips
  • Chilli mixture: To ensure good adhesion of the chili mixture to the meat, coat the meat first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the chili mixture.
  • Choice of oil: For a delicious schnitzel, you should pay attention to the choice of oil. We especially recommend using butter.
  • You should use fresh butter for each frying process.
  • If you want a mild flavor, you can also use vegetable oil or olive oil instead of butter, depending on your taste.
  • For the perfect breading, salt the schnitzel meat on both sides and sprinkle with the spices of your choice. If you follow all the steps in the right order, you can achieve perfect results.
