Identified with Mexican cuisine, fajita is served as a main course. This dish is prepared with tenderloin, peppers, and onions and served with tortillas. Mexican Fajitas


  • 150 g finely pounded tenderloin
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seed oil
  • 1 long green pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of red chili pepper
Mexican Fajitas


  1. Marinate the tenderloins in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the sunflower seed oil in a skillet and sauté the chopped onion, chopped green pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the tenderloins and cook on both sides.
  4. Serve with strained yogurt, salad, and tortillas. Enjoy your meal.
