  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 grated lemon peel
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanillin sugar
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed oil
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the mold)
