Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 5 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp. grape vinegar
  • 4 slices of bread crumb
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and coarsely chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Then chop them casually.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves. Transfer all the chopped ingredients to the food processor.
  4. After crumbling the bread crumbs coarsely, add them to the food processor and puree them.
  5. Add the soup ingredients to a large glass bowl. Add the water and mix with a metallic whisk.
  6. After adding the grape vinegar, mayonnaise, olive oil, black pepper, and salt, continue mixing the ingredients.
  7. When the consistency of the soup thickens, put it in the refrigerator and cool it. You can serve the cooled gazpacho soup. Enjoy your meal.

  • For a thicker and creamier soup, you can strain the soup.
  • If you want the taste of garlic to be more intense, boil garlic in half a cup of water for 2 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and add it to the soup.
