Egg Salad


  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 red onion
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • Little more than a half cup of walnut
  • Half a cup of sweetcorn
  • Red cabbage
  • Salt
Egg Salad


  1. Hard-boil the eggs and peel the shells. Coarsely grate it.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, curry, mustard, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes. Finely chop the parsley. Chop the walnuts into small pieces, add the corn, and mix everything in a bowl.
  4. Place the red cabbage leaf on a serving plate. Pour the mix on top and serve.
