  • 3 eggs
  • 310 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 160 g butter
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml milk


  1. Whisk the butter and sugar in a bowl until it turns into cream. 
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and make a dough-like consistency.
  3. Fill half of each cupcake mold with the batter. Since it will rise, if you put too much in, it will overflow. 
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
