  • 5 large potatoes
  • 3 leeks (chopped)
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)


  1. First, put the potatoes in a pot and add water enough to cover them.
  2. Cook in this way until the potatoes are soft.
  3. Put the cabbage in a different pot and boil for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add sliced leek and soy milk to a different pan and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. After the potatoes are cooked, peel them and mash them with a fork.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix leek, soy milk, black pepper, salt, and coconut.
  7. Add the cabbage to it and mash it to a puree consistency.
  8. Then add the potatoes and serve. Enjoy your meal.
