Classic Deviled Eggs


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 pickled gherkins (ground in a food processor)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4-5 leaves of parsley
  • 6 sprigs of dill
  • Tsp of red pepper powder
  • Tsp of black pepper
  • Salt
Classic Deviled Eggs


  1. First, put the eggs in a bowl and add water enough to reach the top of the eggs.
  2. Boil the eggs in this way for 12 minutes.
  3. After peeling the shells of the boiled eggs, cut them in half.
  4. Remove the cooked egg yolks and keep them in another bowl.
  5. Mix the cooked egg yolks with parsley, dill, mustard, pickles, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, powder, and lemon juice.
  6. Fill the mixture into a pastry bag or freezer bag.
  7. Squeeze the mixture into the center of the egg whites.
  8. Sprinkle pepper powder and dill on top. Enjoy your meal.
