Cinnamon Rolls


  • 3.5 cups of flour
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seed oil
  • 1 egg
  • Half a glass of warm milk
  • Half a glass of warm water

For the filling:

  • 45 g butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 tbsp seedless raisins

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast into a bowl.
  2. Add sunflower seed oil, egg, milk, and water and knead until you get a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
  3. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle shape. Cut it in half lengthwise. Separate a tablespoon of butter and spread the rest on the dough.
  4. Melt the reserved butter in a pan. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins, and roast them.
  5. Spread half of the cinnamon mixture on the dough that you cut lengthwise and wrap it as a roll.
  6. Slice the rolls into 2.5-centimeter pieces. Place them on a buttered oven tray. Leave for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
