Chili Con Carne


  • 1 onion 
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 400 g of boiled Mexican beans
  • 4 tbsp olive oil 
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp flaked red pepper
  • 15 chilli pepper 
  • 300 g tomato
  • 3-4 tbsp sweet corn
  • 100 mL of water
Chili Con Carne


  1. Put the oil into the pot. Add chopped onions and garlic, then roast them. 
  2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. 
  3. Cut the chili peppers into small pieces. 
  4. Add the ground meat and continue roasting.
  5. Add the ingredients except Mexican beans and sweet corn and cook for 10 minutes. 
  6. Add Mexican beans and sweet corn and cook for 10 more minutes. Enjoy your meal.
