Chicken Vermicelli Soup


  • 1 chicken breast or 2 chicken thighs (one of them can be preferred)
  • 5 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1.5 tbsp. margarine or butter 
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • Half cup Vermicelli
  • Red pepper flakes and black paper (during plating)
  • Salt

  1. You can choose whether breast or thigh chicken meat. Start by boiling the chicken meat without salt. Add a little more water than usual because you will take 5 cups of the boiled broth and use it for the soup. 1 liter of water is adequate.
  2. After the chicken is boiled, cut it into small pieces and put it on a separate plate. Set the pot in which you will make your soup on the stove. Put the butter in the pot and melt it. Add the flour and roast it until it starts to smell.
  3. Then add the 5 cups of chicken broth you reserved before.
