Chicken Meatballs


  • 500 grams of ground chicken
  • 2 slices of stale bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sprigs of chives
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • Half tsp. curry
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 g of corn flour
  • 150 g breadcrumbs

For frying:

  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder

  1. Crumble the bread. Peel and grate the onion. Clean and chop the chives and parsley.
  2. Put the ground chicken into a deep bowl. Add bread crumbs, eggs, 150 g of breadcrumbs, cornflour, onion, chives, parsley, curry, walnuts, salt, and red pepper, and knead the mixture.
  3. Pick walnut-sized pieces from the mixture, roll them in your hands, and flatten them. Coat the meatballs in the remaining breadcrumbs, one by one.
  4. Heat the oil and fry the meatballs. Put them on a paper towel to drain the oil, and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
Expert Tips

You can cook the chicken meatballs on the grill without coating them with eggs and breadcrumbs. However, grease the grill before placing the meatballs.
