Chicken Doner Kebab


  • 600 grams of chicken fillet
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp pepper paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)

  1. Slice the chicken fillet breasts thinly, like a sheet.
  2. After peeling the onion, grate it and put it in a bowl with its juice.
  3. Mix the onion juice with pepper paste, olive oil, yogurt, black pepper, salt, coriander, cumin, mustard, and thyme.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the sauce and marinate.
  5. Spread a wide plastic wrap on the kitchen counter.
  6. Place the chicken slices on the plastic wrap in layers on top of each other.
  7. Close the plastic wrap around the edges and wrap the chicken breast into a roll.
  8. After closing the package airtight, place it in the deep freezer and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
  9. Slice the marinated chicken breast thinly when the waiting time is over.
  10. Fry the chicken slices in a preheated, non-stick frying pan from front to back.
