  • 125 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 1 packet of vanillin sugar


  1. First, melt the butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Add the dark chocolate to the melted butter and stir with a spatula.
  3. When the chocolate is completely melted, set the mixture aside.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until they turn white.
  5. Add the butter and chocolate mixture and continue whisking.
  6. Sift the flour and vanillin into the mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
  8. Bake the brownie in a 180-degree oven for 25–30 minutes in a controlled manner.
