Bolognese, a sauce unique to Italian cuisine, is named after the city of Bologna. Bolognese, a meat-based sauce, is often used in pasta and lasagna. Bolognese Sauce


  • 2 tomatoes
  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Bolognese Sauce


  1. Dice the onion and tomatoes. Grate the carrot into small pieces.
  2. Put olive oil in the pan and heat it. Roast the onion and then the carrot in the pan.
  3. Add the minced meat to the roasted vegetables and continue the roasting process.
  4. Add tomato paste and tomatoes to the roasted minced meat and cook.
  5. Add broth or boiled pasta water to the sauce.
  6. Then add black pepper and salt and mix until the sauce thickens.
  7. Turn off the stove when the sauce thickens.
  8. You can use the bolognese sauce you have prepared for pasta. Enjoy your meal.
