Beef stroganoff will taste much better if you cook it in a cast-iron skillet. For the sauce to serve with the beef stroganoff, you can mix red wine, cream, salt, and sunflower seed oil.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of beef tenderloin
- 3 onions
- 200 ml sunflower seed oil
- 150 g mushrooms
- 150 g gherkins
- 250 ml cream
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp red wine
- Salt
Beef Stroganoff
Instructions
- Heat the sunflower seed oil in a pan. Chop the onions and sauté them. Cut the tenderloins into julienne pieces and add them to the onion. Cook by stirring occasionally.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and gherkins, and cook for a few more minutes. Add wine, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Before removing it from the stove, add the cream and cook for five more minutes. Place on a serving plate and serve with rice pilaf upon request.
