  1. Put the water and salt in a large bowl and mix with your hands until the salt dissolves completely.
  2. Add flour little by little and knead until you get a dough with a smooth consistency.
  3. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces, cover it with a damp cloth, and rest it for a day. The next day, sprinkle starch on the rested pieces and roll them out thinly.
  4. Apply the melted 100 g of oil to each of them. Add pieces of clotted cream, granulated sugar, and pistachios mixed in a bowl, and fold the phyllo pastry into a square shape.
