Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 cups of milk
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
For the top:
- Put the chia seeds in a large bowl. Add milk, honey, and cinnamon, and mix. Leave it at room temperature for two hours, stirring occasionally.
- When the chia seeds start to gel and get a pudding consistency, put them in the refrigerator and leave them overnight. Garnish with seasonal fruits, and serve.
