  1. Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl. 
  2. Mix the butter, egg, milk, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Then add the flour mixture and knead until you get a dough consistency. 
  3. Leave the dough to rest.
  4. Grate the apples for the filling. 
  5. Put the grated apples on the stove with spices and sugar, and roast. Add the walnut. 
  6. Leave the mixture to cool. 
  7. Roll out 2/3 of the dough and place it in your tart mold. 
  8. Spread the filling over it. 
  9. Roll out the remaining dough and cut strips. 
  10. Place it on top in the shape of a lattice. 
  11. Spread the egg yolk on top. Bake in a 180-degree oven by checking accordingly. 
  12. Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top.
